How a job runs

Booking

Booked at 11pm, on your site.

The customer picks a size and a date, sees what's included in tons and days, and saves a card. Nobody has to answer the phone.

Allocation

A specific can is held.

Talos reserves an actual container by number for those days. Two orders can't land on the same can, even if they come in at the same second.

Dispatch

Drops, swaps and pickups on one board.

Your dispatcher lines up the day by truck and driver, and changes flow straight to the cab.

In the cab

The driver closes the job on a phone.

Arrival, placement photos and the customer's signature, recorded at the curb.

Scale ticket

Tonnage settles the bill.

Enter the net weight. Talos works out the overage against the allowance, adds any extra days, and charges the balance.
